WLTP test engineers confirmed the enhanced range, highlighting the vehicle's efficiency when equipped with 20-inch wheels. Henrik Fisker, the company's Chairman and CEO, emphasized that the Fisker Ocean Sport, while being the base model, delivers an exciting electric driving experience, now further bolstered by its proven range capabilities.
The Ocean Sport, despite its name, is designed as an affordable option with a front-wheel single motor setup. It accelerates to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 7.4 seconds. Additionally, it features 200 kW DC fast charging, allowing it to recover up to 188 miles (302 km) of range in about 30 minutes.
Contrasting with the Ocean Sport, the Ocean Extreme variant offers higher performance with all-wheel drive, 550 hp (410 kW/558 PS), and a maximum range of 360 miles (579 km) per charge. However, this enhanced performance comes at a higher price, with the Ocean Extreme starting at £60,880 in the UK, €69,950 in Germany, €71,058 in the Netherlands, and $68,999 in the U.S.
