Changan claims that this is the world's first car equipped with automotive satellite communication technology, providing global coverage, constant internet connectivity, and never losing connection.
The front end features a closed radiator grille combined with LED headlights in a C-shaped design. The rear taillight has a looped shape. The body dimensions measure 5045 x 1996 x 1640 mm, with a wheelbase of 3120 mm. In the standard configuration, it accommodates five people and comes with 20-inch or 21-inch wheels.
The Qiyuan E07 will be available in versions with one or two engines. The maximum power of a single engine is 252 kW (342 hp), with a top speed of 201 km/h. The maximum power for the all-wheel-drive version's engines is 188 kW (255 hp) and 252 kW (342 hp), with a top speed of 210 km/h.
Additionally, the new vehicle will be equipped with lidars and cameras to assist the driver.
Production of the Changan Qiyuan E07 is expected to begin in 2024.
