The Peugeot SPx electric concept takes its cues from the classic Peugeot 103 moped from the 1970s.

French company Peugeot Motocycles, part of the German holding company Mutares, is expanding aggressively in the motorbike market. It offers a wide range of models, from urban scooters to the premium segment. The company recently unveiled its new SPx concept, which is an electric motorbike with a minimalistic design.

The SPx is inspired by the classic Peugeot 103 moped (pictured below), which was once the epitome of freedom and independence for young people. Despite the lack of technical specifications, it can be assumed that the SPx is the equivalent of a 125cc petrol motorbike.

Recently, the electric segment has been trending towards compact models, so the SPx has chances of becoming a production model.
