Ducati has unveiled the Monster Senna, a new model priced at $25,000 crafted as a tribute to the iconic Brazilian racer Ayrton Senna. The inspiration for the new model comes 30 years after Senna's death, continuing to celebrate his lasting legacy.

The Ducati Monster Senna features a distinct livery echoing the colors of the Brazilian flag—yellow, green, and blue. This design choice reflects not just national pride but also a personal connection to Senna. Ducati equipped the bike with several high-performance enhancements including carbon fiber silencers, billet aluminum footrests, forged aluminum wheels, and more. A significant weight reduction makes it 4.5 kg lighter than its standard counterpart.

Performance-wise, the Monster Senna is powered by a Testastretta two-cylinder engine producing 111 horsepower. It includes fully adjustable Öhlins suspension and Brembo brakes with yellow calipers.

Only 341 units of the Ducati Monster Senna will be manufactured, reflecting the numbers from his career: 3 World Titles and 41 race wins. Additional perks include a certificate of authenticity and a custom motorcycle cover with each purchase.

Ducati and Senna have a long history together, as Claudio Castiglioni, who owned the company at the time, gave the racer an 851 SP in 1990. Ayrton was also one of the first owners of the Monster 900 and rode it to a gala at the Monaco Grand Prix in 1993.
