The updated 2025 Honda Civic is set to hit the U.S. market in June with a hybrid model featuring 200 horsepower and fresh sporty styling options. Available in both sedan and hatchback versions, this latest iteration promises significant enhancements in efficiency, achieving nearly 50 miles per gallon.

Honda is adding an exciting hybrid powertrain to the 2025 Honda Civic lineup, utilizing two electric motors paired with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine. This setup delivers not only a power output of 200 hp but also an impressive torque of 232 lb-ft. It stands out for its unique suspension tuning, optimizing spring and damper settings for improved ride quality. Non-hybrid models will continue using the naturally aspirated 158 hp, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine.

Styling updates are evident across the new Civic's exterior and interior. The exterior boasts redesigned grille and bumper intakes for a sportier look, body-colored headlight garnishes, and dark-tinted taillights on sedan models. The Sport Touring Hybrid features machine-finished 18-inch wheels and offers four new color options. Inside, the cabin presents exclusive gray color schemes for hybrids and includes advanced technology like a 9-inch display integrated with Google services along with compatibility for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The 2025 Honda Civic will arrive in U.S. dealerships this June, starting with the sedan, while the hatchback will follow later in the summer. Pricing will be announced at a later date, with the new 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid expected to start under $30,000.
