The redesigned Toyota Camry continues the previous generation's 2.5-liter gasoline engine in select markets, including the Middle East.

The 2025 Toyota Camry retains its classic 2.5-liter gasoline engine in select markets, including the Middle East, delivering 201 hp (150 kW / 204 PS). While the US version of the Camry is exclusively hybrid, the Middle Eastern variant offers a non-electrified option. This engine, unchanged from the previous generation, provides 240 Nm (177 lb-ft) of torque and is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, unlike the hybrid's e-CVT.

This internal combustion engine (ICE) model is available in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, where hybrids are less popular. However, a hybrid version is also offered, but only with front-wheel drive.

The design of the Middle Eastern Camry closely follows that of the US version, with no significant exterior or interior differences. The base model features 16-inch steel wheels, while higher trims upgrade to 18-inch alloys. Inside, all models include an 8-inch infotainment screen, with a 12.3-inch touchscreen available on premium trims.

In the UAE, the ICE Camry starts at AED 109,900 ($29,922), while the hybrid begins at AED 123,900 ($33,734).

The ICE-powered Camry is also available in China, where a smaller 2.0-liter engine produces 170 hp (127 kW / 173 PS) and 206 Nm (152 lb-ft) of torque. The Chinese version includes slightly redesigned bumpers, distinguishing it from other Camry models.
