The new Ram 1500 models are hitting European shores this month, featuring the fresh 3.0-liter Hurricane engine family. Buyers can choose between a Standard Output version with 420 hp and 636 Nm of torque, or a High Output variant pumping out 540 hp and 706 Nm. For those who prefer a more familiar option, the 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 with eTorque mild hybrid technology is still available, offering 305 hp and 364 Nm of torque.
Ram hasn't forgotten about electric vehicle enthusiasts. The all-electric Ram 1500 REV will join the lineup in Q3 2025, targeting a range of 563 km from its 168 kWh battery.
Inside the cabin, Ram has seriously upped its tech game. The new trucks come with an advanced Uconnect 5 system, featuring a massive 14.5-inch touchscreen central display and a 10.25-inch passenger screen. There's also a dual wireless phone charging pad for added convenience.
The brand currently leads the full-size pickup truck market in Europe with a 75% market share. That translates to about 6,000 sales in a market of roughly 8,000 units.
For drivers who need serious hauling power, the Ram 1500 delivers with a payload capacity of 1 ton and the ability to tow up to 3.5 tons. The truck also offers practical features like the Multifunction Tailgate, RamBox Cargo Management System, and a 2-kW on-board power inverter.
Off-road enthusiasts have two interesting options. The Ram 1500 Rebel comes with a one-inch suspension rise, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and Bilstein shocks. For even more extreme adventures, there's the first-ever Ram 1500 RHO, boasting high-performance shocks, a two-inch lift, and 35-inch tires.
