GMC has rolled out the 2025 Sierra EV Denali, bringing new battery options and a price cut to the electric truck.

The automaker now offers an Extended Range battery for the Sierra EV Denali, giving drivers 390 miles of range on a single charge. GMC also introduced a Max Range option, which bumps the distance up to an estimated 460 miles. These new choices split the difference from last year's model, which boasted 440 miles of range.

Under the hood, the 2025 Sierra EV Denali gets a slight power boost. The electric motors now produce 760 horsepower, up from 754 in the previous model. Torque remains unchanged at 785 lb-ft.

GMC has made the Sierra EV Denali more affordable. The Extended Range version now starts at $91,995, a $7,500 price cut from last year's model. For those wanting maximum range, the Max Range option will set you back $100,495. It's worth noting that the destination fee has gone up by $100, now sitting at $2,095.

2025 GMC Sierra EV Denali

Looking ahead, GMC plans to expand the Sierra EV lineup early next year. The company will introduce Elevation and AT4 trims, which were first previewed back in 2022. These new versions will sport unique front fascias and come with less equipment compared to the top-tier Denali.

The AT4 trim will cater to off-road enthusiasts. GMC will raise the ground clearance by 2 inches and fit it with 18-inch wheels wrapped in 35-inch all-terrain tires. While not confirmed, the AT4 will likely come with features like Super Cruise, 4-Wheel Steer, CrabWalk, and a spray-on bedliner.
