The Zeekr brand, owned by Geely, has begun accepting orders for the updated liftback 001. The 2026 model year has a range of up to 810 km according to the CLTC cycle and more powerful engines.

The Zeekr 001 was initially designed for the Lynk Co brand but was released under the Zeekr mark in 2021. The liftback is built on the modular SEA architecture. In February 2024, the updated Zeekr 001 was launched on the Chinese market with increased power and expanded equipment. On September 23, 2025, orders began to be accepted for the upgraded version of the 2026 model year.

The updated Zeekr 001 retained the design concept of the previous version of the model. The car features distinctive daytime running lights, headlights in the front bumper, and an elegant silhouette. Its dimensions are 4977×1999×1533 mm with a wheelbase of 3005 mm.

Information is transmitted to the Nvidia Thor-U chip with a peak computing power of 700 TOPS (trillion operations per second). For comparison: the previous Zeekr 001 was equipped with the G-Pilot H5 system with two Nvidia Orin-X chips with a power of 508 TOPS.

However, the main change in the Zeekr 001 was the powertrain. The base rear-wheel-drive version received a single electric motor with 370 kW (489 hp). Two batteries are available: LFP at 95 kWh and NMC at 103 kWh. The range according to CLTC is from 710 to 810 km. According to Zeekr, the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h is 2.83 seconds. In comparison, the previous version for the Chinese market develops up to 580 kW (777 hp), while the European version has only 400 kW (536 hp). The same two battery options are available with a range of 640-762 km according to the CLTC cycle. The maximum speed is 280 km/h.
