The new AUDI E SUV Concept was designed in the same style as the previously shown AUDI E5 Sportback and looks almost production-ready.
The model was developed in collaboration with the local partner SAIC and is expected to go on sale in 2026. The basis of the new SUV is the Advanced Digitized Platform (ADP), on which the E5 Sportback model is already built. The designers have retained the recognizable appearance – wide light lines, smooth contours, short overhangs, recessed handles and cameras instead of mirrors, and the typical aerodynamic elements on the rear pillars. The size of the vehicle is comparable to the Audi Q7: Length 5.06 meters, wheelbase – 3.06 meters.
The E SUV is equipped with two electric motors with a total output of 671 hp, has all-wheel drive, and a battery with a capacity of 109 kWh. The manufacturer-specified range according to the CLTC cycle is 700 km, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes about five seconds. A quick charge in 10 minutes adds about 320 km of additional range.
The interior is still being kept secret but is likely to replicate the solutions of the E5 Sportback with a large 27-inch display and a focus on digital technologies. Key features include the semi-automated driving system AUDI 360 Driving Assist, which is adapted to road conditions in China.
