Photos of the new Smart #6 sedan were published on the Chinese social network Weibo. It turned out to be almost as long as two old ForTwos

Smart #6 is a large car, and not only by Smart standards. Its length is 4906 millimeters, which is roughly equivalent to the length of the BMW 7 Series (E32). Moreover, it is almost as long as two first-generation ForTwos.

Smart #6 has a wheelbase of 2926 mm. The width is 1922 mm, and the height is 1508 mm. The car is equipped with 20-inch wheels with a complex pattern.

Not only the dimensions are impressive, but also the range: Smart claims that the #6 will be able to travel 1810 kilometers on a full tank and a fully charged battery. However, this figure should be taken with a grain of skepticism, as it is calculated based on the very optimistic CLTC cycle.

Without starting the 1.5-liter internal combustion engine, the sedan travels 285 kilometers on a single charge. In plug-in hybrid mode, the Smart #6 is said to consume just 3.9 liters per 100 km, which is quite good for such a large and likely heavy vehicle. The total power is 429 horsepower.

Smart has not yet revealed the interior of the #6 model, but given the focus on the Chinese market, one can expect many displays and touch control for most functions.

The Smart #6 will go on sale in China in 2026 and is likely to remain a local model. For Europe, the brand is preparing a compact model in the style of the former ForTwo.
