The name of the first mass-produced Jeep electric car is not yet known and there are few official details about it. It is expected that the new model will be built on the Stellantis e-CMP platform, which was used in the Peugeot e-2008 and Opel e-Mokka. And in addition to a fully electric version, the as yet unnamed novelty will also have a hybrid modification.
The design of the Jeep compact crossover was revealed earlier this year at the presentation of the electrification strategy of the Stellantis alliance. The car in the pictures above largely repeats the design features of the model in the first renders. Both Jeep's signature seven-slot grille was retained, as was the Jeep Compass-style tailgate and original taillights.
The official premiere of the Jeep electric car will take place later this year, and it will appear on sale in 2023.
