Škoda is expanding its RS family to include another all-electric model – the ENYAQ RS iV. Just like the Enyaq Coupe RS iV, the Czech carmaker has opted for two motors with a total system output of 295 hp (220 kW) and all-wheel drive for the top version of the SUV.

The Škoda Enyaq RS iV has the same all wheel drive setup as the Coupe version. It has dual electric motors that create 295 horsepower and 460 Newton meters of torque. Škoda claims that the Enyaq RS iV can reach 100 km/h from a standstill in just six and a half seconds, with an electronically governed top speed of 180 km/h.

The new car has an 82-kWh lithium-ion battery pack that can be charged at up to 135 kW at DC fast charging points. In this case, it only takes 36 minutes to go from 10% to 80%. Joining the usual Eco, Comfort, Normal, and Sport driving mode is Traction. Škoda says it's tailored to slippery surfaces and unpaved roads by offering constant AWD at speeds of up to 20 km/h.

The Czech brand is attempting to be more exciting with its standard 20-inch and optional 21-inch aero wheels, full-LED matrix headlights, and wide rear reflector. These features are similar to what you'll find on the Octavia RS and Kodiaq RS.

Škoda has revamped the interior with sportier seats that provide better lateral support and have integrated headrests. The seats and dashboard are upholstered in black Suedia fabric, with green stitching. There's also some faux carbon fiber trim on the doors, a black headliner, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, green ambient lighting, and black pillars.

The Enyaq iV RS will go on sale next year with a starting price tag of 50,000 euros in Germany.
