Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato, the latest addition to Lamborghini’s sports car line, recently demonstrated its prowess on a snowy Italian ski slope. The super sports car was able to conquer the low-grip surfaces of the winter destination with ease, thanks to its special ‘rally’ mode optimized for dirt and loose surfaces, including snow.

The Huracán Sterrato arrived at an exclusive ski resort in the Italian Alps and immediately caught the attention of skiers and vacationers with its ice-cool winter whites of Bianco Phanes with details in Grigio Telesto and black carbon fiber, including the reinforced wheel arches. The car is the result of a collaboration between Lamborghini's Motorsport and Research and Development departments and is designed to offer optimum performance on loose surfaces.

The Huracán Sterrato's wider tracks and increased ride height made it easy for it to navigate through the snowy conditions, while its Bridgestone Dueler AT002 run-flat tyres, specially-adapted for the all-terrain Huracán and rated for its top speed of 260 km/h, ensured maximum performance on the icy surface. Additionally, the aluminum front underbody, reinforced sills and rear diffuser, and enhanced wheel arches protected the Sterrato from any icy obstacles it may have encountered.

The revised LDVI system (Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics) of the Huracán Sterrato delivers specifically-calibrated STRADA and SPORT drive settings for road, with the new RALLY mode optimized for dirt and loose surfaces, including snow. The car’s 5.2-liter V10 engine is able to deliver a maximum power output of 610 hp and 560 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, combined with 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and electronically controlled all-wheel drive with rear mechanical self-locking differential. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 260 km/h (160 mph).

Future owners of the Huracán Sterrato can customize the car to their liking with the Lamborghini Ad Personam personalization program, which offers 350 external colors and more than 60 interior leather and Alcantara options. Production of the 1,499 Huracán Sterrato super sports cars will start this month, with deliveries beginning early summer.
