Only eight examples of this limited-edition vehicle will be produced, with each build considered a one-of-one due to its specialized customization. The Gronos Coupe EVO C is the latest addition to Mansory's lineup of otherworldly Mercedes-AMG G63 builds, and it is arguably the most extreme one yet.
The Gronos Coupe EVO C boasts a unique styling that immediately catches the eye. The tuner removed all four doors of the G-Class and moved the B-pillar further aft, which required new, longer doors and modifications to door mechanisms and mountings. The result is a sleek two-door coupe with reverse-hinged suicide doors, similar to those found on a Rolls-Royce.
Aside from its stunning exterior design, the Gronos Coupe EVO C also features luxurious appointments and a powerful engine. The individual rear seats are covered in quilted white leather with caramel piping and stitching, while the center console is custom-made and can be adapted to the client's preferences.
Under the hood, Mansory has tuned the G63's 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine to produce an impressive 888 horsepower and 885 lb-ft of torque (900 PS / 1.200 Nm). This allows the Gronos Coupe EVO C to go from 0 to 62 mph (100 kmh) in just 3.3 seconds, making it one of the fastest and most powerful SUVs on the market.
To complete the look, Mansory fitted the Gronos Coupe EVO C with its new FD.15 wheels, measuring 10x24 inches at each corner. The vehicle also features plenty of forged carbon fiber accents, such as fake vents, mirror caps, spoilers, door handles, and exhaust surrounds.
Each car is painted to the client's specifications, with this particular example presented in color-shifting Fludium Paint Chrome Atmosphere. While pricing has not been disclosed, it's safe to assume that this exclusive and highly customized vehicle will come with a six-figure price tag.
The Gronos Coupe EVO C was developed alongside the Lamborghini Urus-based Venatus Coupe EVO C, another two-door high-rider created by Mansory. These limited-edition vehicles showcase the tuner's expertise in transforming luxury SUVs into unique and exceptional works of art.
