In a thrilling face-off, the Nevera goes head-to-head with the formidable Red Bull Racing RB8, the victorious champion of the 2012 Formula One Driver's and Constructor's Championships, and the lightning-fast McMurtry Spéirling, holder of the record at the esteemed Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The three contenders battled fiercely over the quarter-mile stretch and beyond, where the Nevera emerged victorious in two out of three standing-start races. Despite being a road-legal GT hypercar with seating for two and luggage space, the Nevera faced its track-focused opponents with unwavering confidence.

The Red Bull Racing RB8 and the McMurtry Spéirling, purpose-built track machines with driver-focused designs, proved to be worthy adversaries, but the Nevera's supremacy prevailed. Its mighty 1,914hp powertrain, coupled with precise four-wheel-drive technology, enabled the Nevera to conquer the ¼-mile mark and secure its place as the overall champion, earning it the prestigious title of the fastest car ever to grace a Carwow drag race.

Mate Rimac, Founder and CEO of Rimac Group, expressed his pride in the Nevera's achievements, noting that the car's exceptional power and drivability allowed it to outperform even a Formula One car. Furthermore, the Nevera's recent accomplishments include setting more than 20 performance records this year alone, reaffirming its position as a trailblazer in the world of electric cars.

Beyond the drag race, the Nevera's prowess was also evident during the Goodwood Festival of Speed hillclimb, where it clocked an impressive 49.32-second time in the Supercar Shootout. This achievement solidified the Nevera's status as the fastest electric production car to conquer the iconic twisting hillclimb in 2023.
