For the 2024 model year, the Skoda Enyaq vRS offers 335 hp from its dual electric motors and a range of up to 547 km (340 miles) per charge.

The Skoda Enyaq vRS has seen significant enhancements for its 2024 iteration, making it the fastest-accelerating vehicle ever produced by Skoda. These upgrades not only amplify its performance but also extend its driving distance.

Skoda revamped the two electric motors that power the Enyaq vRS, now generating a combined 335 hp, a leap from the previous model's 295 hp. This added horsepower reduces the SUV's 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time from 6.5 seconds to a brisk 5.5 seconds. This makes the 2024 Enyaq vRS not just the speediest but also the mightiest Skoda in production.

Furthermore, Skoda's technical team has adjusted the motors and incorporated an advanced power management system. This enables the standard SUV version of the Enyaq vRS to achieve a distance of 540 km (336 miles), and the Coupe SUV version can go up to 547 km (340 miles). These figures indicate an increase of 24 km (15 miles) and 25 km (16 miles), even though the battery's 77 kWh capacity remains unchanged.

But that's not the end of the enhancements. The 2024 Enyaq vRS now supports 175 kW DC fast charging, a jump from the previous 135 kW capability. This upgrade allows the electric vehicle to charge from 10% to 80% in a mere 28 minutes, shaving off 8 minutes from the prior charging time. Additionally, it comes loaded with several new features like travel and speed assists, automatic walk-away lock, side airbags at the rear, sunshades for the rear windows, rear USB-C charge points, and provisions for a tow bar.

Skoda has refreshed the infotainment and dashboard screen of the Enyaq vRS, introducing modern icons and revamped screens for charging and temperature control. The updated navigation visuals and a redesigned optional heads-up display enhance clarity and user-friendliness.

In the UK, customers can opt for one of two available packages. The 'Advanced' bundle includes the above-mentioned heads-up display, back seat heaters, a heated windshield, and a CANTON audio system. The 'Maxx' package extends the features list with power-adjustable front seats with memory settings, powered lumbar comfort, and a driver seat massage feature. It also integrates an Area view cam, parking assist features, Dynamic Chassis Management, a tri-spoke steering wheel with regeneration braking paddle shifters, and improved steering. The Advanced package is priced at £2,035 (2,350 euro or 2,454 USD), and the Maxx package starts at £3,980 (4,600 euro or 4,799 USD).

Skoda will begin accepting orders for the 2024 Enyaq vRS in the coming weeks.
