The Haval Raptor PHEV SUV sits on a 4800/1916/1822 mm chassis with a 2738 mm wheelbase. With this length, the Haval Raptor is comparable to the fourth-generation Kia Sorento (4,810 mm). The powertrain comes in two configurations.

The standard version delivers 278 kW (379 hp) and 750 Nm. It is powered by a 19.09 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery, which provides a NEDC range of 102 km in electric mode. The high-end version delivers 282 kW (384 hp) and 750 Nm and is paired with a 27.54 kWh LFP battery with a 145 km NEDC electric range.
The SUV is equipped with a 13.2-inch full LCD instrument panel, a 14.6-inch central control screen and a head-up display. The on-board system runs under GWM's proprietary operating system. The semi-autonomous ADAS includes an on-board navigation system and high-precision map. It assists with ramp entry and exit, lane merging, lane changing and driver fatigue.
The PHEV SUV went on sale in late August. More than 25,000 orders were received, with almost half in the first ten days of the pre-sale.
