Approximately 15,000 students are served by the El Monte City School District and El Monte Union High School District. This program provides students with practical experience in the automotive field, including tasks like diagnostic checks, brake adjustments, and testing electronic computer components.
Several unique features set the Morizo apart from the standard GR Corolla. This version is geared more towards track performance and comes without rear seats. It has a forged carbon fiber roof, omits second-row speakers, and includes an updated suspension system, a new set of wheels and tires, and an additional 349 spot welds throughout the body. The car's 1.6-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine has also been tuned to deliver an extra 22 lb-ft (30 Nm) of torque.
