Tesla has quietly removed the resale clause from the Cybertruck sales contract, allowing buyers to sell their vehicles within one year of purchase.
Previously, the five-page Cybertruck sales agreement included a rule that prohibited the resale of the electric car in the first year after the purchase.
The company even provided for the possibility of offering to buy back the vehicle in a separate case if the buyer decides to sell the car in the first year after purchase.
After the media drew attention to this, Tesla removed the clause prohibiting resale in the first year from the agreement.
The first Cybertruck deliveries are expected to start on November 30 this year.
