Tesla has recently launched the "Cybertruck for Kids," closely following the debut of its adult counterpart. Priced at $1,500, or the equivalent of 18,000 Dogecoin for cryptocurrency enthusiasts, this miniature version is designed for young drivers aged 6 to 12.

The "Cybertruck for Kids" is an electric toy truck capable of carrying children up to 150 lbs (68 kilograms). It boasts a range of 12 miles (19 kilometers) on a single charge and can reach speeds of up to 10 mph (16 km/h).

However, if the little rebel in your family is not fond of their Cybertruck, Tesla's return policy includes a 20% restocking fee, so a full refund is not available.

While it may not feature the bulletproof body of its full-sized counterpart, the kid's version is equipped with LED headlights and tail lights, and a robust 500-watt motor.

Currently out of stock, interested buyers need to join a waitlist. Intriguingly, the Cybertruck for Kids is set to ship in December 2023, earlier than any of the adult-sized models. The $1,500 price point might seem steep for a child's toy, but Tesla is known for not compromising on quality or price. For context, the original Cybertruck was priced at $39,900 in 2019, but its base model now stands at $61,000.
