The entry-level version of the Zeekr 007 sedan, a noteworthy newcomer in the electric vehicle market, was recently observed in China.

This model diverges from higher-end versions with its retractable door handles, replacing the button-operated doors. Notably absent is the Zeekr Stargate LED feature on the front, aligning with prior leaks about the 007’s varying trim levels.

Zeekr, a fully electric brand under the Geely umbrella since 2021, showcases a diverse model lineup including the Zeekr 001, 009, X, and the latest 007, all built on the SEA architecture. The Zeekr 007, launched at the Guangzhou Auto Show on November 17, is particularly distinguished by its Zeekr Stargate LED front element, though this feature is now confirmed to be optional across most trims.

Spy shots reveal the entry-level Zeekr 007's minimalist design, a contrast to the more elaborate top-trim version. The absence of the interactive LED element and electrically powered doors hints at a simpler, more budget-friendly offering. The model features a plastic front element matching the car’s body color, enhancing its sleek appearance. The brand's logo has also been repositioned from the bumper to the bonnet line. Furthermore, the entry-level model lacks the LiDAR sensor found on higher trims.

The Zeekr 007 impresses with its dimensions of 4,865x1,900x1,450 mm and a 2,928 mm wheelbase. Its rear-wheel-drive variant boasts a 310 kW (415 hp) electric motor, achieving 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and offering a range of up to 870 km (CLTC) on a full charge. The all-wheel-drive version features dual electric motors with a combined output of 475 kW (636 hp), capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.84 seconds, and reaching a range of 688 km.

The Zeekr 007 is anticipated to be priced between 229,900 and 334,900 yuan ($32,390 - $47,180), available in four trim levels and six optional packages, according to recent leaks.
