Mercedes-Benz is offering a special treat for 300 lucky customers this Valentine's Day with the introduction of a very special and luxurious version of its G-Class SUV.

Dubbed the 'Stronger Than Diamonds' edition, this limited release stands out with actual diamonds, a unique pink paint job, and custom interior details.

This exclusive model is based on the G500 and sports a distinctive new pink color named Manufaktur Rosewood Gray Magno, designed especially for this edition. To complement its look, Mercedes-Benz has added a sleek black roof, a diamond logo embossed on the exterior door handles, and stylish black wheels. The exterior design wisely avoids using real diamonds to prevent unwanted attention.

The diamond theme becomes apparent the moment you unlock the doors, revealing a quarter-carat diamond embedded into each of the four stainless-steel door locks. The car also features special illuminated door sill plates and a 'Stronger Than Diamonds' emblem on the key fob. While photos of the interior are yet to be shared, expect it to echo the exterior's elegance with black leather seats and Rosé-colored stitching.

Performance-wise, the SUV remains unchanged from the standard G500, powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine. This engine, enhanced with twin-turbocharging, delivers 421 horsepower and 610 Nm of torque, enabling the robust G500 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds. It's paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission that efficiently distributes power to all four wheels.

Only 300 of these 'Stronger Than Diamonds' Edition G500s will be made, making them a rare and coveted addition to any collection. Although pricing details have yet to be announced, expect this model to be as exclusive in price as it is in availability. Each vehicle will also come with its own indoor car cover and a certificate of authenticity for the diamonds, adding an extra layer of exclusivity.
