The Special Edition features a host of upgrades including an enlarged 10.5-inch infotainment screen, up from the previous 8-inch. This will come as a standard feature, setting it apart from other Corolla trims where it remains an option. The exterior boasts 18-inch alloy wheels with satin black and machined accents, a new tailgate-mounted spoiler, and aggressive bumpers borrowed from SE and Nightshade trims. It offers three striking color options: Midnight Black Metallic, Ice Cap, and Underground—all complemented by a contrasting black roof.
Underneath its stylish exterior, the Corolla FX retains the trusted 2.0-liter gasoline engine, producing 169 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque coupled with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Toyota has also updated the chassis with lowering springs and revised electric power steering for enhanced drivability.
