Honda introduced its compact electric van, the N-Van e:, in Japan. This model follows its 2018 predecessor and aligns with the dimensions typical of kei vans, which are particularly favored in Japan for varied utility purposes.

The design of the N-Van e: retains its original tall, box-like structure that characterizes many vehicles in this category. This new version features decorative updates such as round LED headlights in the "e: FUN" variant and color options unique to each trim level.

Honda offers several versions of the N-Van e:. The lineup includes the four-seater "e: L4," suitable for both commercial and leisure use; "e: FUN," also with four seats but a better interior aimed at leisure; "e: G," which is optimized for cargo with only one seat and a reconfigured dashboard; and "e: L2" having two seats set up in tandem style. All these models are powered by an electric motor that drives the front wheels and offers a battery range of up to 215 km (152 miles) per charge.

Regarding pricing, while the electric versions are more expensive than their gasoline-powered counterpart starting at ¥1,365,100 (approximately $8,700), they vary based on specification. The price for "e: G" starts at ¥2,439,800 (around $15,600) whereas "e: FUN" is priced at ¥2,919,400 (about $18,600).
