The redesigned Lincoln Nautilus, made in China, was the brand's best-selling vehicle in the second quarter, with 8,273 units sold in the United States. This surpasses sales of the Corsair (6,563) and Aviator (5,664).

The Nautilus is built at the Changan Hangzhou Assembly Plant and has been a hit since its U.S. launch earlier this year. Consumers are particularly drawn to its 48-inch display that spans nearly the entire width of the dashboard.

The Nautilus offers two powertrains: a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 250 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque, and a hybrid variant with a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine, a continuously variable transmission, and a 134 hp electric motor. The hybrid version delivers a combined output of 310 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque, and boasts better fuel efficiency at 30 mpg city, 31 mpg highway, and 30 mpg combined, compared to the regular model's 24 mpg combined. As a result, 44% of consumers are choosing the hybrid.

While sales of the Aviator, Corsair, and Nautilus increased, the Navigator saw a 27% decline compared to the previous year, with only 3,423 units sold in the second quarter, which is roughly the same number of Escalades Cadillac sells in a month.
