Although much of the automotive industry's focus is on battery-powered electric vehicles, Toyota remains committed to offering hydrogen-powered options with the 2024 Mirai fuel cell vehicle. Toyota has previously provided significant discounts on the Mirai, but the latest offer might be the most substantial yet, with a nearly 50% reduction off the MSRP.

According to a bulletin sent to dealers, the 2024 Toyota Mirai is available with $33,000 in APR Cash on the Limited trim and $25,000 off the base XLE. These discounts are an increase from previous offers of $30,000 for the Limited and $22,000 for the XLE. This deal can be combined with the automaker’s 0% financing for 72 months, making it a highly attractive option for those interested in hydrogen vehicles.

Specifically, the Mirai Limited, which starts at $67,115 (excluding destination fees), could see a 49% price reduction. The XLE, with a starting price of $50,190, is also significantly discounted.

Additionally, there’s an existing offer that provides $15,000 worth of hydrogen fuel for six years when purchasing a 2024 Toyota Mirai. This potential savings brings the total discount to $48,000, making it an appealing option for prospective buyers.

While this current deal is impressive, it’s worth noting that Toyota has offered even better deals in the past. In February, the 2023 Mirai was available with a $40,000 discount, bringing its price down to just over $27,000, comparable to the cost of a Corolla.

This offer for the 2024 Mirai is valid from July 2nd to July 31st, 2024. To take advantage of Toyota’s APR Cash deal, customers must finance through Toyota Financial Services. The Mirai is available exclusively at select dealers in California.
