Peugeot, after a successful pilot phase, is now making ChatGPT a standard feature across its entire model range. Integrated into the i-Cockpit and activated via the "OK Peugeot" voice assistant, ChatGPT answers questions and offers a variety of innovative services.

Following a pilot earlier this year involving over 10,000 customers, Peugeot is incorporating ChatGPT into all new models equipped with voice command, including: 208, 2008, 308, 308 SW, 408, 508, 508 SW, Rifter, New Traveller, New Partner, New Expert, with new 3008 and 5008 models joining by year-end.

This AI integration will be available in 17 markets and 12 languages across Europe. From today, ChatGPT will be accessible in Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and the United Kingdom for both new and existing vehicles, delivered over the air. By the end of July, it will expand to Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

ChatGPT is part of the Connect Plus pack, included in the vehicle price for the first six months from the warranty start date, then available by subscription at €12/month or €120/year. Existing customers can add ChatGPT as a stand-alone feature for €1.5/month or €15/year via PEUGEOT’s connected services store.

Developed by OpenAI, ChatGPT uses a massive dataset to provide sophisticated, precise, and synthesized responses. Activated by saying "OK Peugeot," it can answer complex questions and follow conversations. For instance, it can recommend and guide you to monuments in a city and provide historical information.

Beyond answering questions, ChatGPT can entertain passengers, such as organizing quizzes for children on long trips.
