Auto manufacturers rarely make significant powertrain changes outside of a model refresh or redesign, but Infiniti decided to break the norm. The current-generation QX60, which debuted in 2022, continues into 2025 with the same exterior and interior styling. However, under the hood, there’s a notable update.

The previous 3.5-liter V-6 has been replaced by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, the same one found in the QX50 and QX55. This Variable Compression Turbo engine produces 268 horsepower, a decrease from the previous 295 hp V-6. However, torque has increased by 16 pound-feet to 286. The powertrain, available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive, still utilizes a nine-speed automatic transmission.

Despite the slight drop in power, Infiniti claims improved fuel efficiency. The front-wheel drive QX60 is rated by the EPA at 22 mpg city, 28 highway, and 24 combined. The all-wheel drive version is nearly as efficient, with a 27-mpg highway rating.

Additionally, Infiniti introduces a new Black Edition Package featuring black trim, including wheels, badges, and grilles. All QX60 trims also receive a new key fob that automatically locks and unlocks the vehicle as you approach or walk away. The mid-level Luxe trim now comes with a Bose 17-speaker stereo as standard equipment.

Pricing for the 2025 Infiniti QX60 sees a slight increase. The base Pure model starts at $51,550, up by $550 from last year. The top-tier QX60 Autograph, now only available with all-wheel drive, starts at $67,500, just $50 more than the 2024 model. Here's the full price breakdown for 2025, including the $1,350 destination fee:

  • Pure FWD: $51,550
  • Pure AWD: $53,550
  • Luxe FWD: $58,150
  • Luxe AWD: $60,150
  • Sensory FWD: $60,450
  • Sensory AWD: $62,450

The 2025 Infiniti QX60 will be available at dealerships in mid-July.
