IONNA opens its first charging site in Apex, NC. The Rechargery is in a historic district gas station. It is the first of its kind in North Carolina.
The first Rechargery in Apex is designed as a comprehensive service hub for electric vehicle owners. It will feature 10 covered charging bays with advanced technology that can deliver up to 400 kW power. This setup enables significant battery charge within just 20 minutes. Moreover, it supports both CCS and NACS port types, catering to a wide variety of electric vehicles.
Beyond merely serving as a charging point, the Rechargery offers numerous amenities designed for comfort and convenience. The indoor area includes a lounge with Wi-Fi access and food and drinks services along with bathrooms while its outdoor section boasts pet-friendly spaces.
Looking ahead, Ionna remains committed to its expansion plan targeting the creation of 30,000 ports by 2030, thereby playing a crucial role in supporting an expanding electric vehicle market while promoting sustainable automotive solutions.
