Renault gets ready to show off its new electric 4 at the Paris Motor Show. The car company will present the Renault 4 E-Tech electric from October 14 to 20, alongside four unique electric vehicles from French start-ups.

This reveal follows last year's successful '5 movements' programme for the Renault 5 E-Tech electric. The company wants to highlight how electric mobility now covers all types of transport.

Arnaud Belloni, Global Chief Marketing Officer for Renault, said:

"For the reveal of Renault 4 E-Tech electric, we are proud to be partnering four French start-ups presenting four all-electric means of mobility. It's a stylish way to show the general public how e-mobility has developed to encompass all forms of transport, including the 4L, which is now Renault 4 E-Tech electric."

The four collaborations showcase different aspects of electric transportation. Aura Aero from Toulouse brings their two-seater e-plane, the Integral E. The plane stretches 7.26m long with an 8.78m wingspan. It can fly for an hour and recharge in less than 30 minutes.

Carapate Aventure, founded near Nantes in 2019, contributes a lightweight mini-caravan. The company drew inspiration from American teardrop trailers to create a comfortable 560 kg caravan with clever features like a bed that turns into a sofa and a kitchen that works indoors and outdoors.

From Annecy, Ateliers HeritageBike presents their Heritage Spirit Scrambler motorbike. The bike mixes 1980s style with modern tech, sporting a 7 kW motor with 280 Nm of torque. Its battery can reach 4.6 kWh, giving the bike a range of 110 km.

The final collaboration comes from Searider in the Alpes-Maritimes area. Their Seacruiser water e-bike can reach speeds of 55 km/h on water using two 22 kW electric motors. The design takes cues from the Renault 4 and can run for 90 minutes, aiming to appeal to both sports fans and beginners.

These four means of mobility will be available for pre-order at the Paris Motor Show, and are intended for small-scale production. They will be available from next spring, like the Renault 4.
