The new Kia EV4 joins the line of electric cars of the Korean brand and, like its "relatives", looks futuristic. The design of the production model almost does not differ from the concept. Sedan and hatchback received the same front part: vertical LED running lights, darkened grille and original optics. However, in profile, the cars are radically different.
Kia EV4
The EV4 sedan gets a long rear overhang and a bevelled rear window - a sort of 'long tail' inspired by classic supercars. The EV4 hatchback looks more traditional, but no less interesting. It gets rid of the 'long tail' and instead gets a more vertical fifth door rear window, a different body pillar design, a roof spoiler and rear lights with a light bar.
Both versions will also be available in the GT-Line variant, which sees 19-inch wheels and more aggressive bumpers.
Kia has yet to reveal the EV4's interior and specifications, but we can expect a familiar architecture with a wide display combining the instrument cluster and multimedia system. The full presentation of the new product will take place on 27 February at the Kia EV Day 2025 event in Tarragona, Spain.
