The body has undergone major changes - the front end, doors and rear end have been updated. The overall styling is reminiscent of a larger version of the MG3 with some elements from the MG Cyberster roadster.
New MG4
Dimensions of the new MG4:

For comparison, the previous MG4 version (pictured below) had 4287/1836/1516 mm and a wheelbase of 2705 mm.

- Power - 120 kW (163 hp)
- Maximum speed - 160 km/h
- Weight - 1485kg
Interestingly, the previous MG4 had a slightly more powerful motor at 125 kW (170 hp), but weighed more - 1641 kg. The battery is lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) from Rept Battero Energy. Its capacity has not yet been disclosed.
MIIT publishes certification data on new cars every month. No car in China can go on sale without MIIT approval, and green-listing is one of the last steps of the formalities.
