The Bentayga Speed features a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine. The powertrain delivers 650 PS (478 kW) and 850 Nm of torque. That’s 15 PS more than the previous model, although it falls short by 50 Nm compared to the old W12. The engine also lacks 130 PS and 150 Nm compared to the hybrid setups of the Continental GT Speed and Flying Spur Speed.
Despite not being the most powerful model in the Bentley lineup, the updated Bentayga Speed is faster than its predecessor. It takes 0.3 seconds less to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h than its predecessor.

Specifications of the Bentley Bentayga Speed:
- 0-100 km/h: 3.6 seconds
- Top speed: 310 km/h (193 mph)
Bentley engineers also redesigned the chassis and installed 15% stiffer shock absorbers. The new sport mode provides a sharper steering response. Choose carbon-ceramic brakes, and you gain access to the ESC Dynamic setup, which, according to Bentley, provides “drift angles or oversteer when applying power where appropriate.”
If the sound of the V8 is concerning, Bentley offers a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system with four pipes instead of the standard twin elliptical outlets.
Despite significant changes under the skin, the exterior of the 2025 Bentley Bentayga looks almost identical to the model that has existed since 2021. Upon closer inspection, minor changes can be observed, such as new wheels available in 22-inch and 23-inch variants, tinted headlights, clear rear lights, and new ADAS sensors on the front bumper.
The 2025 Bentayga Speed has already gone on sale in the UK, with a starting price of £219,000 (around $296,100). Naturally, this price can quickly rise with the addition of options, not to mention personalized versions from the Bentley Mulliner division.
