All license plates have a common graphical element with the NATO emblem and the dates of the summit in The Hague. The letter elements differ for each country.

Special license plates were stamped for the delegates' cars. They have a white background and the NATO logo with the summit dates (June 24 and 25) on the left. In the center is the letter designation of the participating country. For Ukraine, UA was predictably chosen, as on the national license plates. Then comes the prefix «P» and an image of the flag.

Interestingly, two types of license plates are reserved for the Netherlands. One type is the same as for all other countries, with the letter «P» after the country designation. Such plates will be on the NATO official delegation cars. The other, with «G», without a flag and with additional numbers, is likely intended for the organizers of the summit.
