The production of the aforementioned models in Japan will end in November 2025. Relevant information can be found on the special model pages on the official Lexus website.
In addition, Lexus has also announced the end of production for the RC F "Final Edition," which was limited to 200 units and has been completely sold out. In Japan, production and sales will continue only for the rear-wheel-drive version of the IS 300h, while other versions of the IS and RC will be discontinued. The next generation of the IS is expected in 2026 with electric and hybrid powertrains.
Furthermore, there are reports of a possible replacement for the RC coupe with a new sports coupe that may also replace the LC model. Production of the LC model is rumored to also end in 2026.
It should be noted that Lexus also plans to cease production of the UX 300h by the end of the 2025 financial year, however, it is currently unknown if the model will have a potential successor given its popularity and connection with the Toyota C-HR and Corolla Cross models.
