Fragments of a video published on Instagram revealed the design of the front end. The key detail is the signature "nostrils," which are now noticeably smaller and have vertical proportions in the spirit of historic models from the 1960s. They have been illuminated, and the headlights visually emerge from the contour of the grille.
It is with the iX3 that BMW will begin to implement this styling on all new models. But the changes are not limited to appearance. The mid-size crossover will be the first production vehicle on the Neue Klasse platform, specifically designed for electric cars. It will provide a more rational layout, high efficiency, and the traditional handling characteristic of the brand.

According to preliminary data, the range will be about 640 km, with versions available in rear-wheel and all-wheel drive, as well as a sporty M Sport modification. The interior will feature a completely new layout with a Panoramic iDrive panel - a two-level digital interface that will debut in series for the first time.
The premiere of the BMW iX3 will take place at the Munich Motor Show this weekend.
