Mazda showcased the new electric crossover CX-6e at the Brussels Motor Show. The rear-wheel-drive model with a 78 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery will go on sale in summer 2026.

The new Mazda crossover is equipped with an electric motor yielding 190 kW and a torque of 290 N·m. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 7.9 seconds, and the maximum speed is capped at 185 km/h.

The CX-6e supports fast DC charging up to 195 kW - replenishing the charge from 10% to 80% takes about 24 minutes. The 11 kW onboard charger also supports three-phase AC charging.

The interior features a 26-inch touchscreen display with a customizable interface divided into two zones. It also includes a head-up display, gesture control, and a voice assistant supporting nine languages.

The wheelbase of the CX-6e is 2902 mm. The trunk volume is 468 liters, which can be expanded to 1434 liters with the rear seats folded. Buyers will have a choice of seven body colors, with Nightfall Violet advertised as an exclusive shade for the model.

The CX-6e is planned to be launched in left-hand drive markets at a later date.
