Xiaomi SU7 Max sedan covered 4,264 km in a day, surpassing the previous record of Xpeng P7 (3,961 km), as well as the figures of Porsche Taycan and Mercedes-Benz CLA.

The test took place on a 7.8 km oval track in Yancheng (China). The car maintained speeds of up to 240 km/h. The record was made possible by an efficient thermal management system, a 101.7 kWh battery, and an 897-volt architecture, allowing for a range increase of up to 670 km with just a 15-minute charge.

The updated SU7 Max is equipped with V6s Plus electric motors (up to 22,000 rpm), producing 495 kW (673 hp) and 838 Nm, with a top speed of 265 km/h and a range of up to 835 km. The model will launch on the Chinese market in April 2026, priced from 309,900 yuan (about 38 thousand euros).
