The white steering wheel is only available in combination with the Digital White interior, which is priced at 1,080 euros. As part of this package, the seats and the steering wheel are trimmed with Veganza material—a marketing name for artificial leather in BMW cars. The white elements in the cabin are complemented by Atlas Gray fabric inserts, an Anthracite black roof liner, and black door armrests.
Interestingly, the white steering wheel can be ordered even in the standard version of the iX3 without the mandatory upgrade to M Sport or M Sport Package Pro. The standard black steering wheel is installed at no extra cost. It is also clad in Veganza material and is structurally identical. However, the practicality remains a question: white surfaces generally require more thorough care.

In addition to the steering wheel, BMW has added other novelties to the configurator. The body palette has been supplemented with three colors: Fire Red, Eucalyptus Green, and Individual Frozen Space Silver. The AC Charging Professional option now includes AC charging at up to 22 kW and a Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) function with up to 3.7 kW output, allowing the car to be used as a mobile power source.
The iX3 also received a stainless steel luggage compartment guard when choosing the Contemporary, M, or Individual interiors. Buyers of the M Sport and M Sport Package Pro packages additionally receive a special key with three M stripes—blue, purple, and red.

Some options are still missing. Rear seat heating is not offered in the German configurator. BMW previously noted that it would first appear for orders in South Korea and Japan. Ventilated front seats are also expected later in the lifecycle of the model.
Deliveries of the iX3 have not yet started, but BMW is already announcing further updates. During the year, new colors in the Individual series and additional versions—iX3 40 and iX3 M60 xDrive—will appear. The flagship of the family should be the X3 M in the 2027 model year.
