Bentley reminds once again that luxury is not just about leather and wood, but also about sound that makes you forget about traffic jams. The company has presented a new series, the Virtuoso Collection, with its star piece being the Naim for Mulliner audio system. If you thought standard music in British cars sounded good, here they decided to reach the level of professional studios, where every nuance matters.
Technological Arsenal with 18 Speakers
This system is the result of a 15-year collaboration between Naim Audio and Bentley. The Virtuoso Collection features 18 speakers, including two updated modules that were previously exclusive to the limited edition Batur coupe. The system doesn't just "play loudly" - it creates a spatial stage through the integration of Dolby Atmos technology.

In addition to Dolby, signal processing is handled by Fraunhofer Symphoria algorithms. This software is designed to enhance the immersive sound effect in cars, where listener positioning is always asymmetrical. The speakers use "M" profile cones from the brand Focal - this solution ensures stiffness with minimal weight, which is critical for linear frequency transmission and absence of distortion even at high volume.
When the Interior Works for Acoustics
Bentley engineers understand: even the best components won't save the sound if the cabin starts to vibrate or "rattle." Therefore, special inserts of Dinamica technical fabric have appeared in the door panels and upholstery. This material acts as an acoustic trap, absorbing unwanted echo signals and making the sound as clean as possible.
Even the decorative speaker grilles have undergone a complete redesign. They now have higher "acoustic transparency." This means that the mesh creates minimal obstacles to sound waves, allowing you to hear exactly what the sound engineer intended in the studio.
Gold and Musical Hierarchy
Visually, the Virtuoso Collection is easily recognized by its Champagne Gold accents. This gold appears on emblems, exhaust pipes, and even keys. The lineup itself offers three interior designs named after vocal ranges: Soprano, Tenor, and Bass. Each has its own combination of leather colors and decorative inserts, emphasizing the car's connection to the world of high music.
How Much Does This Pleasure Cost?
The official price for the Virtuoso Collection option has not yet been disclosed, but there is already a guideline. A similar system for the Batur model cost £25,000 (about $32,000 or 1,312,000 UAH). For comparison, for this money you could buy a new mid-range crossover, but such comparisons are unlikely to stop buyers of the Mulliner division.
The system is currently available for order for the Continental GT, Continental GTC, and Bentayga models. The Flying Spur sedan will receive this configuration later this year.
