Citroën has updated the lineup of popular models with the Collection special edition featuring original design elements and expanded standard equipment.

After the successful launch of the special edition for the C4 model last year, the company decided to scale this experience to its entire current model range. The new Collection series is now available for the compact C3 hatchback, C3 Aircross crossover, and C4 cross-hatchback.

Design touches: Andre Red and black wheels

The Collection version is based on the Plus configuration, which has been enhanced with a range of visual solutions. The highlight is the bright "Andre Red" inserts (named after the brand's founder, André Citroën). These accents appear on the bumpers and side protection panels, creating a contrast with the main body colors.

Each model has received specific wheels. The Citroën C3 and C3 Aircross feature 17-inch black alloy wheels, while the larger C4 model boasts 18-inch wheels. The look is complemented by tinted rear glass and the option to order a roof in a contrasting color. For the Citroën C4, the two-tone coloring is standard in this version.

Interior in Urban Blue style

The Collection series offers a special atmosphere inside with "Urban Blue" trim. The seats and door panels are finished in blue shades to add coziness to the interior. The Citroën C3 Aircross goes even further with specific graphics on the doors that echo the exterior. Additionally, all series cars come with personalized mats and coordinated color details on the dashboard.

But the Collection is not just about appearance. Technically, the cars have been upgraded to a higher level. The main advantage is the signature Advanced Comfort suspension, which uses progressive hydraulic cushions. Also included is a rear-view camera, and for the Aircross crossover, a keyless access system.

Engine options: from ICE to electric

The brand did not limit buyers in the choice of power units. The special edition is available for almost all engine options offered by the Stellantis group for these platforms.

  • For C3 and C3 Aircross: a 100 hp petrol turbo engine, a 110 hp mild hybrid, and a fully electric version producing 113 hp.
  • For C4: a 145 hp hybrid unit or a 156 hp electric motor.

It is worth noting that electric versions are becoming increasingly important for the brand, especially in the European market. Although prices for the Collection series have not yet been officially announced, it is expected that they will occupy a niche between medium and top configurations, offering a favorable price-performance ratio.
