Five years ago, the Zeekr brand began its history with the 001 model. Today, this electric liftback has become a symbol of the brand’s transformation and its main bestseller. For its anniversary, the car received a special execution of the 5th Anniversary Edition.
Path to success: from debut to 300,000 units
Since its launch in 2021, the 001 model has constantly evolved. While the first versions had a power output of 400 kW (536 hp), the 2024 update raised the bar to 580 kW (778 hp). By the end of 2025, the liftback switched to 900V architecture, which allowed the output to increase to 680 kW (912 hp). According to China EV DataTracker, as of February 2026, over 301,720 of these cars were sold in China. Official representatives of the brand emphasize that despite rumors of a new model, the current 001 will remain in service for a long time.

Aesthetics of speed in FR-Line style
The anniversary version received an exclusive FR-Line styling package. The body is painted in Glacier Silver, which contrasts with the black roof and carbon rear spoiler. It features 22-inch forged wheels with Pirelli P Zero tires, behind which the bright red six-piston Brembo brakes are visible.
The interior echoes the aggressive mood of the exterior: the front seats are upholstered in red Alcantara with a “checkerboard” pattern, and the rear seats are in black leather with red accents. The seatbelts have also become red, and the ceiling is upholstered in suede. Sound is provided by a 29-speaker audio system.

German chassis and extreme dynamics
The technical feature of the 5th Anniversary Edition is the suspension. It uses coilovers from the German company KW. KW specialists spent three years tuning the chassis, conducting hundreds of tests on the 7-Post Rig dynamic stand. As a result, the driver can adjust the rebound (16 levels) and compression (12 levels) of the shock absorbers, as well as change the ground clearance within 35 mm. The power output is 912 hp, allowing acceleration to 100 km/h in 2.91 seconds. The maximum speed is limited to 280 km/h.

Battery of the future and autopilot
The car is equipped with a CATL Qilin battery with a capacity of 103 kW·h. Thanks to 6C technology, the charging process from 10% to 80% takes only 10 minutes. The driving range according to the CLTC cycle is 680 km. Partially automated driving is provided by the G-Pilot H7 system, which relies on a lidar and a powerful Nvidia Drive Thor-U processor.
The official start of sales for the anniversary series is scheduled for April 10.
