Jeep will bring the Renegade back to Europe by 2030, reviving one of its best-selling nameplates as part of a wider push to grow its European line-up to six models.
Jeep says it aims to use the compact SUV to reach a broader audience across the continent. That plan builds on a proven formula: the original Renegade launched in Europe in 2014 and accumulated more than 610,000 sales across an 11-year production run.

Multi-energy platform and mandatory 4x4
The next-generation Renegade is expected to be underpinned by the upcoming STLA One modular architecture from parent company Stellantis. The platform is engineered to support petrol, hybrid, and fully electric powertrains across more than 30 group models. Stellantis chief executive Antonio Filosa noted at the Paris Motor Show that Peugeot will be the first brand to launch a vehicle on STLA One, with other European and North American marques following later.
While technical specifications remain under wraps, electrified powertrains are expected given the platform's multi-energy layout. For brand traditionalists, Jeep confirmed that every new model it launches in Europe will be available with four-wheel drive.
Six models by the decade's end
The revived Renegade will slot into an expanding European showroom alongside the existing Avenger B-SUV and the upcoming Recon D-SUV. CarScoops reports that Jeep may introduce another utility vehicle in the same class in 2028, which would complete the brand's planned six-vehicle line-up in Europe before 2030.
