Minivan Hyundai Staria received a younger brother named Stargazer. It does not have sliding doors, but the interior can accommodate seven people and the price tag is not shocking.

From the outside, the Hyundai Stargazer is designed similarly to the Hyundai Staria: a short hood, a wide LED strip across the front, sharply defined edges of the body panels and spectacular taillights. The length of the car is 4460 mm, the width of the body is 1780 mm, the height is 1690 mm, and the wheelbase is 2780 mm.

The interior of Stargazer is much more conservative than the exterior. In the basic version of Active, the car can accommodate seven people. For more expensive ones, you can order separate seats, thus providing a 2 + 2 + 2 landing formula.

To access the third row of seats, the backs of the second row fold down. At the same time, the trunk is quite small: 200 liters with the backs of the third row raised and 585 liters if they are folded.

Depending on the configuration, LED headlights and lights, cruise control, a rear-view camera and parking sensors, as well as a set of security systems are available for the Hyundai Stargazer: automatic braking, blind spot monitoring and tracking road markings.

Hyundai Stargazer will be produced in Indonesia for the local market and, possibly, other countries in Southeast Asia. So far, only one engine has been announced: a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 115 hp. and a torque of 144 Nm. Transmissions: six-speed manual or CVT.

Prices for the Hyundai Stargazer start at IDR 255,900,000 (around $17,100). The new MPV will compete against Mitsubishi Xpander, Suzuki Ertiga and Toyota Avanza.
