The Acura Precision EV concept received front-end lighting that mimics the grille, thin headlights, textured wheel arches and side cameras instead of mirrors.
It is possible that the Acura Precision EV will be the harbinger of a mass-produced electric car based on the GM Ultium platform. As part of an agreement between Honda Motor and General Motors, the Japanese brand is developing the Prologue crossover on this architecture, which will have a sister model under the Acura brand.
There are no technical details about Acura or Honda electric vehicles yet. However, the GM Ultium platform is known to be designed for batteries ranging from 50 to 200 kWh. The range of such vehicles can reach 400 miles (644 km).
Sales of the Honda Prologue should begin in 2024. As for the similar model from Acura, it will probably debut later.
