Yamaha Motor has unveiled an upgraded Fazer R G2 Delivery Model drone with increased thrust and payload capacity.

The Yamaha Fazer R G2 Delivery Model Drone Helicopter received a new, larger main rotor with two blades 1.8 m long instead of the previous 1.56 m. Also installed is a new fuel tank, a lighter camera and an efficient lithium-ion battery. The carrying capacity of the device has increased compared to the conventional Fazer R G2 by 15 kg, up to 50 kg.

If the conventional model required at least 29 flights to transport 1 ton of material, then the new version can do the same amount of work in 20 flights. This helps to reduce requirements for construction time, labor and other costs. 

The public presentation of the helicopter will take place at the Drone Summit at the Kobe International Exhibition Hall on September 1 and 2. The cost of the Yamaha Fazer R G2 Delivery Model has not yet been announced.
