In only 12 hours, Chrysler sold all 2,200 of the 300C performance sedans it plans to build for the United States and another 200 for Canada.

Chrysler CEO Chris Feuell told Motor Trend all 2,000 vehicles destined for the United States and the other 200 units for Canada have been spoken for after placing an undisclosed deposit. The car was offered in Bright White, Velvet Red, and Gloss Black, with red Brembo brake calipers and a new tri-color 300C badge.

The 2023 300C is a limited-edition vehicle marks the end of the 300 lineup. It will be available with a 6.4-liter V8 that generates 485 horsepower (362 kilowatts) and 475 pound-feet (644 Newton-meters) of torque.

The 300C is equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential, allowing the car to go from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 4.3 seconds. With a top speed of 160 mph (278 km/h), this vehicle is sure to get you where you need to go quickly.

Prices in the US start at $55,000 before the destination fee. They are being taken by the company through its website, but all reservations have been filled. There is now a waiting list.

Chrysler has the 2023 300C on display in Detroit at the North American International Auto Show until September 25.
