Renault has brought an electric version of its popular Trafic van to the IAA Transportation Motorshow in Hanover.

The Trafic Van E-Tech's electric motor produces 121 horsepower (90 kilowatts). The 52-kilowatt-hour battery gives the vehicle 240 kilometers (149 miles) of range in WLTP cycle. In addition, the van supports single-phase 7.0-kW AC charging, 22 kW AC charging at public stations, and an optional 50 kW DC fast charger.

The Trafic Van E-Tech Electric comes in several body types. You can get it as 5.08 meters (16.67 feet) or 5.48 meters (17.98 feet) long, and 1.967 meters (6.45 feet) or 2.498 m (8.20 feet) high. hat gives you a storage space that goes from 5.8 cubic meters (205 cubic feet) to 8.9 cubic meters (314 cubic feet).

The van has a maximum towing capacity of 750 kilograms (1,653 pounds) and can carry up to 1,100 kilograms (2,430 pounds). The cab-floor model is also available for businesses that want to create custom vehicles starting from this EV.
