Fisker will debut the top-of-the-line Ocean Extreme electric vehicle in Paris. This model will be produced on the assembly line in Austria a month after that.

The Fisker Ocean is an all-electric SUV from the company of the creator of the legendary Fisker Karma sedan. The car is comparable in size to the BMW X3 and despite its American origins, it will be produced in Graz, Austria, at the Magna Steyr plant.

In order to increase interest in the upcoming release of the new model, Fisker will showcase the top version at the Paris Auto Show October 17-23. Production is slated to begin on November 17, 2022.

Fisker Ocean Extreme offers, among other things, all-wheel drive and a range of 630 km. The Ocean Extreme comes with a panoramic roof and a 17.1-inch touchscreen, as well as built-in solar cells that provide up to 2,400 km of free mileage annually.

The Fisker Ocean Extreme and the introductory version, the One, are priced at €69,950 in France. The main difference between the two models is their wheels.

The Ocean Ultra, for €57,500, gets 610 km and has a slightly weaker audio system than the Exteme and One. Additionally, there appears to be no rear seat heating.

The base €41,900 version is called Fisker Ocean Sport. At 440 km, that version gets considerably less far than the rest and has a single electric motor, which drives the front wheels from the nose. It also does without the "California Mode," in which all the side and rear windows and the large glass roof are opened and, as an occupant, you almost feel like you're in a convertible. Even so, the car still comes with a sunroof and a 17.1-inch touchscreen display.

In total, the Fisker Ocean will be available in nine countries: the United States, Canada, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom.
